The Cross

Here's a Preamble:

Apart from the list Gabriel spoke to Daniel which included "Making an end of sins" and "Bringing in everlasting righteousness", one of the other main objectives of the Cross, was to create a "Precious Treasure" in you - a tiny deposit of the Glory of God placed into the spirit of His Son to create "many kernels of wheat" as Jesus said. This tiny deposit in you is "greater than he who is in the world" - meaning greater than the god of this world. In fact, it's so powerful that Satan's only hope has been to keep people blinded from focusing on it in each other, believing in it, and loving it enough to follow its leading as to what we speak and do. 


Every Sunday we see the evidence that Satan has blinded people about the Glory of God in Christ in people.  As most people make their way into church they are busy speaking on their own instead of lovingly surrendering to speak by His rising from within them - and so they are ignoring the precious treasure in themselves. Then many Christians look around and judge other people by what they see and hear - and so now they're ignoring the precious treasure in others too. Then the leader gets up and wouldn't you know it, the leader often doesn't do any better at believing the precious gift is within even 'that guy' over there...  So all in all, almost no one was looking at each other while believing they have the same precious treasure in them too, but instead speaking by their own spirit, to gain honour for themselves.


When the music starts, the same malfunction usually continues. People do 'their' best to sing the beautiful heartfelt songs and a presence begins to fill the room. Since every Christian in the room has been told "the spirit of the Lord inhabits the praises of His people", they automatically assume that the spiritual power entering the room is God...  Yet they have no idea what usually happens. You see, it also says "God's worshippers must worship in Spirit and in Truth" which points to more of a prophetic praise and spontaneous type of worship. So when people act like they love God with all they are and sing songs with lyrics like that while yet refusing to give their life freely and live by the leading of His Precious Treasure in them, they are mocking God's command to love Him, and "the thing God raised up" comes upon them, as Paul warned.  This is why it says, "God is not mocked, whatever you sow you will reap".  I know Amazing Grace is far less dangerous than songs about 'how we love Him with all we are; and serve only Him; and desire Him only...'


This is why many Christians hold back at church. They're sensing something isn't quite right, but they have no idea what it is because they have never been taught how to believe or what it really means to choose to do His will. This is why the Lord sometimes shows up and overshadows services. When this happens it is a gift of His amazing grace. But when Christians gather with no regard for what the Gift within them is asking them to say or do, trouble is brewing. When they begin to sing songs aimed at getting the Lord to show up, they're unknowingly 'summoning' the wrong spirit to come.  I can tell you that when God took their power away that morning in Bethel Pentecostal church in Goderich, Ontario in 1997, there were many people still in their seats that were looking around wondering what just happened. The leadership may have acted like nothing out of their control had happened, but the room was full of people that knew something wasn't right. And it is the same today. Many people know deep down in their heart that something isn't right at church, but have been pinned down by the invisible Goliath. That is about to change. Even if only 1/2 of a congregation gets their hands on this information, those summoning services and their false doctrines will be exposed. The idea isn't to split churches, it is to restore them all...  Thus the Vineworks process being adopted into churches. (more to come...)


Here's the Beautiful Miracle on The Cross, that never gets talked about:


Right before His Crucifixion, Jesus said, “The hour has come for the Son of Man to be glorified. Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds.” 

“Now my soul is troubled, and what shall I say? ‘Father, save me from this hour’?  No, it was for this very reason I came to this hour. Father, glorify your name!” See John 12:23-28 NIV


Jesus went on to say, "Now the son of man is glorified and God is glorified IN him. If God is glorified IN him, God will glorify the son in Himself, and will glorify him at once".  See John 13:31,32 KJV


Jesus said ‘the whole reason for His coming to earth’ was to shed His blood for the sins of the world and be glorified “at once” on the cross to produce 'many seeds'. We know Jesus’ soul went to hell to preach this Good News for three days, so God didn’t glorify Jesus’ soul that very hour. And we know Jesus’ body laid in the tomb for three days, so God didn’t glorify his body that very hour either. So the only thing God could have glorified 'that very hour’ was Jesus’ spirit - just as it says in Luke 24:36 NIV… “Jesus called out with a loud voice, “Father, into your hands I commit my spirit.” When he had said this, he breathed his last.”


The Point: God put His own Glory IN the spirit of Jesus - creating a "Precious Treasure" of billions of "Kernels of Wheat" for God to 'plant' in the soil of people's hearts when they are born, just as it says in John 1:9 NKJ or older. Jesus's 'Parable of the Sower' explains the adversity we all face in growing this "deposit" in us, and Hebrews 6:7-8 explains the seriousness of our responsibility to grow it. It says "Land that drinks in the rain often falling on it and that produces a crop useful to those for whom it is farmed, receives the blessing of God. But land that produces thorns and thistles is worthless

and is in danger of being cursed. In the end it will be burned."  But how can we grow something in us that we weren't told about and can't see? And, unless God stirs this 'fire of perfect love' in our belly, we don't even feel it or realize it's there! Fortunately, John 1:9KJV is one Biblical "Proof" that this "Precious Treasure" has been in YOU since you were born. 


Here's a 2nd proof...  Paul said in Galatians 1:15,16, “But when God, who set me apart from my mother’s womb and called me by his grace, was pleased to reveal his Son in me, so that I might preach him among the Gentiles, my immediate response was not to consult any human being.”    It says that God revealed to Saul, that the 'glorified spirit of Jesus' was already in him - and this happened on the road to Damascus, while Saul was on his way to persecute Christians! So the Precious Treasure was inside Saul, without his own effort or invitation!  Saul became Paul that Day, due to this life-altering revelation. 


As I already mentioned, at about 10 years old I had the same experience as Paul. I had never heard any gospel, yet as the lady at children's Sunday school began to read John 3:16 I felt a 'fire of the most perfect love' rise up inside my belly, and the thoughts went through my mind, "I've heard it a 1000 times. I've known it for 2000 years". God revealed something or more respectfully, 'someone' inside me that day. Maybe you've experienced this too?


The Gospel Paul preached revolved around 'The Glory of God in Christ in ALL people' - this is why the Apostle Paul taught his disciples, "DO NOT look at anyone as though they are worldly" because they have it in them too! This is why Jesus said that if He be "lifted up on the Cross, He would (gain the ability to) 'draw ALL' men and women to Himself". So no matter what behaviour you or someone else displays, it cannot separate you from this Glorious Deposit in you, until the Judgment. In part, it's like a recording device placed in each person, which is how we will all have to "give an account for every idle word spoken" as it says, and are then "rewarded for everything you did while in your human body", as it says.


Satan's 'powers in the air' have been a 'darkness' that blinds people and therefore; has made them to produce doctrines that obscure this glorious Truth. But the "Precious Treasure" is still within people, regardless of what they believe. The Lord's hope is that people will seek it first, and have all the other things added to them also. Men and women may choose to ignore it in them, but it doesn't leave. People may refuse to search for it and take it into the most inner part of their heart, but it still doesn't leave. In fact, 'He/it' "will never leave you nor forsake you", as it says. "It" now being the glorified Spirit of One perfect human being who is in you - and God made this possible On The Cross. This is why Jesus was able to say "Anyone"... "Anyone who chooses to do my father's will, will find out where my teaching comes from (meaning the Father starts teaching them because they have moved on from milk to maturity) and whether I speak on my own (meaning that because a person Believes like this, they start speaking by the Father's lead too - just like Jesus was)". There are other things to be added like the horizontal water baptism, and baptisms of the Spirit, fire and power, and many gifts indeed - but the "kernel of wheat" is given at birth, according to John 1:9 KJV, and according to Paul's experience, and many others too. 


It may help to think of your soul and spirit as being like the Temple of God that once stood in Jerusalem. There was a Holy Place, and the Most Holy Place. Both were considered "inside" the Temple, although one was deeply in the heart of it. You too, have received this gift, though it starts out in the outer part of your temple. When you seek and then take deeply to heart the message of the Cross and All the Lord said, it moves into your most holy place. There are still the other baptisms to receive and they are all good too, but the Bible clearly says the 'born again' experience "does not come with our careful observation", so if you have been told you can point to the day and hour, you may possibly be deceived and still needing to make the real whole hearted decision to "follow the Lamb wherever He goes" - which is a life altering thing indeed!
